Sit still for five minutes first, feet flat, back supported, arm at heart level. Wrap the cuff on a bare upper arm, one finger of space under it. Take two readings a minute apart, morning and evening, and record the average.

Open the parcel in front of the delivery agent. If it is damaged, wrong or not what you ordered, refuse it and pay nothing. Within 7 days of delivery, record an unboxing video and message us on WhatsApp for a full refund including the delivery charge.
