Moringa (sojne pata) grows everywhere in Bangladesh, but the powder sold in shops is usually sun-baked until it turns khaki brown — and most of the vitamin C goes with the colour.
Ours is picked young, washed, shade dried at controlled temperature for 18 hours, then stone ground. It stays bright green, smells like fresh leaf, and dissolves cleanly into water.

Returns

Because it is shade dried. Sun-dried moringa loses chlorophyll and vitamin C and turns dull brown.
Warm is fine, boiling is not. Very high heat reduces the vitamin content.
Moringa leaf is a food, but please consult your doctor before taking supplements during pregnancy.
